Synopse consulting is a leading provider of Education Services for the training of IT and business people on the implementation of best practices for IT Management. As a matter of fact, we have been training and certifying people on ITIL since 1998.
All our training modules are available from our Training Centers in Brussels, Luxembourg and Paris at specific dates, or can be delivered on demand on your premises. In that case, the content can be tailored to match your specific needs.
Our training sessions are delivered by certified consultants who can share their hands-on experience from various projects with students. Our Education Services catalogue is organized along 4 main areas:
- Discovery and experimentation of ITIL concepts, through introductory sessions and game simulations.
- Training on ITIL processes (Service Support & Service Delivery), leading to the 3 different levels of EXIN certifications (Foundation, Practitioner, Service Manager).
- Training on other ITIL areas (Business Perspective, ICT Infrastructure Management, Application Management).
- Complementary training on disciplines related to ITIL, like IT Governance and related frameworks (COBIT, CMMI, etc), ISO 20000, basic concepts about the reengineering of processes, etc.
