Synopse consulting has been in the IT consulting business for over 10 years

  • 1995    Creation of Synopse in Paris. The business concept was providing solutions for improving the quality of IT services by combining people, processes and tools in a coherent approach. Meanwhile, in Belgium, Sx Consultants started its activities in IT Service Management Consultancy.
  • 1997    First ITIL project realized in France at one of the main datacenters of a large insurance company. The scope of the project covered incident, change and configuration management. Sx Consultants is one of the founding member of the itSMF in Belgium.
  • 1998    Synopse recognised as a Silver Partner on OpenView solutions by HP.
  • 1998    First “ITIL Foundation” training session delivered in Paris. Sx Consultants is involved in the development of the latest ITIL publications.
  • 2000    Synopse becomes the first accredited partner by EXIN in France for training and certification on ITIL. Sx Consultants is an accredited partner by Exin in Belgium & Luxembourg.
  • 2001    CSI, a company specialized in IT Service Management & Systems Management tooling is being integrated in the Econcom offering. CSI is a Peregrine and IBM Tivoli partner.
  • 2002    Synopse recognized as Gold Partner and “Partner of the Year” on OpenView solutions by HP.
  • 2002    Synopse becomes the first HP “Services Integrator” Partner in France, being able to offer first-line support to our OpenView customers. Sx Consultants becomes the Econocom Consulting company in Belgium.
  • 2003    Synopse is acquired by Econocom and becomes the Group’s IT consulting company in France. Synopse and Sx Consultants were present at the kick off of itSMF France.
  • 2003    First “ITIL Practitioner” training session delivered in France.
  • 2004    Synopse becomes a Peregrine partner in France.
  • 2006    Synopse becomes Econocom Group ’s brand for consulting services, merging the teams from France and Benelux.
