As an IT Process & Methods Consultant, you will develop plans that define how information technology can effectively be managed in support of an organization's overall business strategy. You will apply knowledge of standards and best practices to define governance, organization structure and processes for managing infrastructure resources and portfolios of projects.

System management encompasses a number of disciplines including availability, change, configuration, operations, event, security, performance and capacity management. As a solution consultant, you will be involved in activities that range from the design and implementation of system management solutions covering one or more of the abovementioned disciplines, to the ongoing management of these solutions in support of the client’s day-to-day operations.

Service management encompasses a number of disciplines including, amongst others, incident, problem, change, configuration and service level management. As a solution consultant, you will be involved in activities that range from the design and implementation of service management solutions covering one or more of the abovementioned disciplines, to the ongoing management of these solutions in support of the client’s day-to-day operations.
